Wild Roses celebrates beauty in its less perfect, more instinctive form.

Inspired by roses growing freely rather than carefully cultivated, the painting explores the contrast between delicacy and resilience. Layers of mixed media create an expressive surface where floral suggestions emerge amongst looser, more spontaneous marks.

There is romance within the piece, but it is deliberately untamed. Movement, texture and colour give the composition energy, reflecting the way nature rarely follows perfect lines or predictable patterns.

Wild Roses is ultimately a celebration of individuality — of flourishing freely, embracing imperfection and finding beauty in what grows naturally.
