Becoming Luminous

Becoming Luminous marked a significant moment in my journey as an artist, my first solo exhibition and a celebration of a body of work inspired by the raw beauty, energy and materiality of the natural world.

The exhibition brought together a collection of original abstract works exploring earth, minerals, light and transformation. Richly layered surfaces, organic forms and natural crushed crystals created depth and movement, allowing each piece to shift subtly with changing light and perspective.

The response to Becoming Luminous was incredibly rewarding. Welcoming collectors, clients, interior designers and visitors into the exhibition and seeing the work experienced together as a complete collection was a very special moment.

The exhibition also represented something deeper: a period of creative growth and evolution. Each work explored the relationship between the grounded and the ethereal, between the physical materials of the earth and the sense of energy, atmosphere and luminosity they can create within a space.

Becoming Luminous was not simply an exhibition, but the beginning of an exciting new chapter in my practice, one centred around material, nature, texture and the transformative presence of art.
