Inner Gold explores the idea that our greatest value is often something discovered rather than displayed.

Natural citrine crystals are embedded within layers of mixed media, bringing fragments of the Earth directly into the surface of the painting. Warm golden and mineral tones emerge through deeper areas, suggesting precious material gradually being uncovered.

Citrine is commonly associated symbolically with optimism, confidence and abundance.
